Hi there! I am Palash Shinde a Data Science enthusiast, currently working as Machine Learning Engineer at Konverge.ai

I stumble upon Machine Learning, Deep Learning (Algorithmic Trading) while working in my previous role for London based Hedge Fund client. This exposure got me intrigued to explore ML, DL use cases in various Industry. In my current role as Machine Learning Engineer , I am predominantly working with machine learning, deep learning libraries in Python environment. I am always energized by innovation, competition, and leadership. With strong communication skill, high quantitative aptitude, a bias for action, and an innate knack for Analysis, I believe, I will strive to be a conqueror on any task I am assigned for. Job Title - Machine Learninng Engineer
Medical Image Segmentation and Detection of Pathogens :-

  • Performed segmentation on slides (images) to create binary masks using OpenCV.
  • Successfully developed and trained UNet and Mask-rcnn Deep learning model to perform pixel level classification of slides.
  • Learnt and Implemented several state of the art deep learning architecture of CNN, RNN, LSTM, GAN's and RL algorithms. Hands on experience with Image Classification, Object detection, Semantic Segmentation in Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, OpenCV.

    Job Title - Financial Data Analyst

  • Involved in extracting data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, DB2, and excel by using SQL in analysis, and VBA technics to meet business requirements.
  • Used t-SQL script to create dynamic SQL queries in order to streamline the creation of monthly, annually and other regularly report.
  • Executed SQL queries to prepare reports on daily P&L on client’s portfolio.
  • Built and maintained SQL scripts, indexes, and complex queries for data analysis and extraction for varies projects.
  • Extracted data from SQL server database tables into flat data files and excel sheets using table export and BCP for easy data migration.
  • Loaded flat and excel files into access database and developed SQL scripts to create desired queries (views) for data analysis.
  • Assists with reporting for monthly closing funds, including the preparation of a month end reporting package.
